Intermedial performance work: archival documentation, Xerox prints, performance still construction, assemblage.

Drawing on embodied and non-linguistic translations, The Face of the Sea reflects notions of poetic translation and embodied presence. These are explored through performative intervention as a means of poetic vehicle for the reenactment of memory. Non-linguistic gestures convey the journey of heartbreak, healing, and enduring connection.

And I'm like someone standing in the Judean desert, looking at a sign:

'Sea Level'

She cannot see the sea, but she knows.

Thus I remember your face everywhere

at your ‘face Level’.
